AI camera footage and telematic data showing our drivers but that may also show passengers boarding and alighting one of our vehicles. We have a record of our employee's consent to such data monitoring and storing. The AI camera footage and telematic data will be stored on the Company Servers and overwritten / deleted in an appropriate timescale
Customer or Client & for those that are responsible for / children / staff complaints containing personal details of passengers and our employees

Sometimes we obtain details from third parties, for example if we have taken over a contract/bus company, in order to provide a service that another operator provided.
